Bureaucracies...?

Why i chose Bureaucracies as my blog title.. ?
According to The Concise Oxford Dictionary of current english reprinted version 1982, 1983(twice) and 1984, this word mean "government by central administration ; officialism or officials of such government.."

Well, i learned this word from my economics class.
Nothing much, i just think that this word is long and cool, so i used it as the title.
Actually until now, i still have actually understand what's the real meaning of Bureaucracies is although i checked the dictionary for times..
